Remote Courts Worldwide
The project is the brainchild of Professor Richard Susskind as his response to the coronavirus pandemic which has brought about the closure of many courts around the world and a switch to remote working. He wanted to track how jurisdictions around the world have reacted to the crisis, so with the help of others in the UK, he created the Remote Courts Worldwide website and sought news of development from those working in justice systems around the world. The website has been a huge success and now covers 56 jurisdictions.
For students seeking to better understand the digitialisation of the courts, this website is invaluable.
